GRAPHITE SHEET
Description
SunPass Graphite Sheet are pure expanded graphite plates with a metal core thickness of 0.1 mm and a stainless steel material of SS316L/SS304/carbon steel/Nickel 600#. The graphite layer and the metal core are bonded by mechanical and glue. Because graphite slabs have the characteristics of heat resistance, pressure resistance and corrosion resistance under extreme conditions, Graphite Sheets are widely used in the automotive, refining and petrochemical industries.
Application
Industrial Equipment: Used in furnace and kiln linings, as well as in heat shields for industrial processes that involve high temperatures.
Energy: Employed in battery packs and fuel cells to manage heat and electrical conductivity.
Chemical Processing: Used in chemical plants for its chemical resistance and ability to maintain integrity in corrosive environments.
