PTFE VALVE STEM PACKING
Description
SunPass Joint Valve Stem Packing is made from 100% pure expanded PTFE designed to be used as gap filling dependable sealants for flanges & valve glands. Valve Stem Packing is a pliable, self-lubricating packing that eliminates stem wear and lasts indefinitely. This continuous-length packing installs easily and forms a cohesive cylinder when compressed, eliminating the need to cut and form rings.
Application
Chemical industry: is used to manufacture anti-corrosion linings, pipes, valves and pump components.
Electrical and electronic industry: as an insulating material, Joint Valve Stem Packing is used for the insulation layer of wires and cables, insulating pads of circuit boards, etc.
Food processing industry: due to its non-stick and temperature resistance, Joint Valve Stem Packing is used to manufacture baking trays, trays, linings of food processing equipment, etc.
Automotive industry: used to manufacture seals, bearings, piston rings and other parts that require wear resistance and chemical resistance.
