Description
SunPass SEALING Aramid PTFE Fiber Gland Packing is made of continuous filament Kevlar yarn impregnated with PTFE emulsion and processed with lubricant. As the strength and module of Kevlar is as high as the steel-like strength. So aramid PTFE fiber gland packing compared with other kinds of braided packing. They can resist more serve media and higher pressure. Aramid PTFE fiber gland packing can be installed separately or as end rings with other kinds of packing to combine different characteristics into seals packing ring set.
Application
1.It is often used for the seal of various valves, pumps and pipelines in oil and gas mining, transportation and processing.
2.It is often used in the pump, valve and pipeline system of the power plant.
3.It has non -toxic, tasteless, and not pollution that can ensure the hygiene and safety of the product.
4.It is often used in systems such as seawater decreased equipment, ship pumps, and valves to withstand the corrosion and high pressure of the seawater. In addition to the above -mentioned fields, it is also widely used in industries such as paper making, textiles, printing and dyeing, and water treatment to meet various sealing needs.
